Add support for preserving form fields when converting RTF Completed

It would be really useful if we could preserve the form fields when convert RTF to different formats. For example, when converting to HTML the form fields should be converted to their respective <input> and <select> elements with the selected option preserved.

Also, when saving to PDF the form fields for drop downs are just blank so it would be great if they were output for all formats.

Hi,

In the latest versions of GemBox.Document, form fields are supported in RTF and HTML format as well.

This shortcoming came as a surprise to us. Is there any plans for supporting this (we need Word support) in a near future release?

Hi, Form fields are supported in Word documents, see the following demonstration sample: https://www.gemboxsoftware.com/document/examples/c-sharp-vb-net-create-word-form/701 This feature is for their support in other file formats as well and unfortunately, it is not in our current roadmap. Please note that we priorities feature request implementations by the number of users requesting them and currently there are features that have a greater priority. Regards, Mario
